We traveled out to Spring City Pa, to interview our new best friend Wardell Massey! We sampled Wardell’s wormwood beer “Cuvee De Wormwood” and pitted it against the beer that was his inspiration for brewing it, Petrus Oak Aged Pale Ale. We get sour with this show and discuss some of the aspects of sour beers that give it the flavors
